FreeWheel Marketing’s flexible six-story atrium is a perfect demonstration of how company culture can be reflected through smart design.

“After adopting an agile workplace framework across their organization, FreeWheel Marketing (formerly Strata) a Comcast Company, needed a new Chicago Headquarters that better suited their company culture, and offered greater opportunities for both collaboration and focused private space. GARNETT directed the planning, selection, and design, of a relocation to a spectacular six story atrium floor. Their 40,000 square foot floor includes a ‘building-within-a-building’ as a backdrop to their dynamic reception area—a unique space that functions as a formal boardroom, and converts to a large company presentation/event space via [Skyfold Mirage®’s] vertical folding glass partition. A large café space provides a key transition zone between reception, a collaborative public space, and organizational open office areas.” – GARNETT Architects
